Photomanip based on Eadweard Muybridge's famous motion studies.
. . . of his werewolf character.
This is an older drawing, that I worked on while I was suffering pretty badly from a pinched nerve that makes my shoulders ache (it comes and goes) but I think it turned out pretty good despite that.
"It´s said that for every lycanthrope here are at least a dozen stories about how they first found out that they were... special. Apparently, they enjoy making up a new one every time."
Halloween is coming, and with it a great excuse to draw all kinds of adorable classic monster girls - Needless to say, I favor the fluffy, werewolfy variety. Also, there is just something about that all-fours-but-not-quite pose...
I always seem to draw this guy being mildly inconvenienced by the fact he's a werewolf.
A photomanip commission of a classic-style wolfman, for use in a book.
I started with three different photos of men's faces (all from Shutterstock), did a lot of subtle tweaking to make the face look less human - lowering the forehead, making the eyes further apart and the mouth area larger - and then added in elements from apes and bears. The nose is morphed between human and dog. Funny enough, I didn't use any wolf elements.
Neil DeGrasse Tyson and what really happens on the Super Blood Moon lunar eclipse.
You can blame A. Quinton of Werewolf-News for this one: Tonight’s super ultra blood moon mega eclipse means you HAVE to draw a werewolf and tag it with #DrawAWerewolfDay or the moon will get really close to your house and crush it. Neil deGrasse Tyson confirmed it just now on a phone call that I did not record and will not share with you.
It's always a shock when you don't expect to see fur and fangs. =3

My favorite TFs are when they're happy, or else I feel a bit sorry for them!
So he's getting ready for a night out mauling people. No wonder he's in a good mood.
Commissions in this style are available. A picture like this would cost $95. More info: http://www.hamstertoybox.com/commission-me/ :)
