Concept : You're fed cursed pokepuffs by a snobby rich girl who wants a loyal and obedient sylveon..
Since sylveons have a like 87%male to female gender ratio the cursed pastries effect your body. Shift and changing it to a more masculine form.
You aren't the obedient type however and once you realize what the cookies are doing you spit them out hoping to reverse the curse!
It helps but only partially. You're stuck as an amalgamation halfway between human and pokemon. Fighting new instincts ...

It's the first day of the school's competition and the girls are ready for what is a dash race. Moods are high and people watch in anticipation for whoever will be making it to first place.
But wait! what's this, there seems to be some animosity between the girls.
