NO WAIT, so yes, all the other dragons do make fun of the accent, until a disaster happens that only a dragon with a really clear human accent can solve! Then all the dragons loved him, as they shouted out with glee: "(SOMETHING IN UNINTELLIGIBLY THICK DRAGON ACCENT)!"
