TG was never in the cards my dude. Not that I have anything against TG but from the outset I did not plan this as a TG piece only as a TF piece. ( also if your looking at the tags the only reason it is tagged Mermaid is because there isn't the option for Merman or even a gender neutral Merfolk)

I like the face of the original merfolk in the third panel. He has this expression that just reads "Now that's just rude and hurt full."
