From an end-user perspective it is not an investment I am interested in, but it is interesting from a real estate perspective and the Township design of it.I am following from a plot/designing the structure within it from a planning perspective to individual Apartment layouts, cluster planning of the apartments to villas and row houses to club house architecture and specifications, ameneties, location planning, to its construction developments and then to its community building approach.I have an interest in this particular project from a development perspective of understanding how newly emerging, self-contained residential communities are being built to include not just individual homes, but shared spaces, parks and recreation alongside modern utilities.
