It's looking good. I'd reduce the number of suckers on his legs and make them have less bone-structure. Totally agree on the kilt, though. Question, though - how to swap his mouth to sucker central, is my main query on these sorts of transformations.
Crissa- these were mostly just to think about the webbing, so his pose is just standard "standing there", but I assure you, at this 50% level, his arm and leg bones have become like cartaladge. I was origonally going to have his mouth move, but for role playing purposes I decided to just turn it into a beak. (see the other notes for this transformation in my scraps) In the older version you can see I moved the mouth, but in the newer ones you can see my work around :3 comments on those greatly appreciated!
