This gooy guy came from an old RP. In this realm, humans were beset by an unknown phenomenon that only affected a small portion of the population, but if an individual stumbled upon it would become what was called a PokeNu. Transformations can be annoying depending on the downsides of it. And when you have a lot of down sides, including sparatic uncontrollable transformations, you get annoyed by every little thing.
