Because of an old sequence here long ago: http://www.transfur.com/Users/K-Libra/Submissions/15134 She was born from a request by someone close to me. She's Valerie, a little girl that can change into a tiger. She's back and this time she's showing that she has a handle on her ability. She wants to be a little mischievous this time. Feels like it's missing something, so maybe I'll go back and do some more with this. But either way, here she is.

A request for someone. It was fun to work on something cute like this. Valerie sometimes loses control of herself when she feels she's being pushed around. She's small, but fierce. RAWR! XD I think later on, I'll draw her all grown up.
