A little comic for Werewolf Wednesday. Pretty skritchy but not bad for only taking an hour or two. Usually pop culture werewolves have insta-total healing powers. I thought it might be interesting how a werewolf would get along without such. (I know dogs can get along with a missing back leg)

sudden transformation

More Dragoncursed work, trying to figure out a final design for Tanis's dragon form, and figuring out what feels "right." I think I'm finally getting really close to something I'll be happy with - the head shape was one of the hardest things to figure out. I'm going much more Asian-inspired for her design, as she's a more water and nature-based dragon. I have to admit, I'm very fond of the mane!

It was not an easy decision for the girl. She needed to travel quickly and safely, through monster-filled mountains and cursed lakes. For a long time, planning what to do next, she didn't even think of the magic ring. No. The idea of having her body tranformed by magic was too terrifying. What if the creature's instincts took control? The night before, she could barely sleep as nightmares filled her mind. She had seen a mage transforming into a snake once. Remembered it so vividly it still gav...

Really into the point that the character becomes aware of changes, i don't usually like to impose context on drawings because i think mystery makes it better, but with this the character is somewhere public and has just had her change pointed out to her by a friend.
