I love the facial expression on this, the shuddering movement lines and the button flying off in midair :) Rippage that reveals without crossing the line.. mrr!
I have to agree with many of the above comments. This manages to combine 'cute', 'transformation', and 'wtf is happening to me?!'. Her expression is classic, anatomy is good, if on the cute side (even cartoony - not that it's a bad thing), and the character isn't some wasp-waisted harlot. The face is especially good, for the expression, the blush, and her big wolf nose is quite cute. :)
