The perspective is all over the place. The furniture isn't sitting right, and the balcony and the door/window out to ot just looks like it was painted on the wall. One way to fix this is find a vanishing point or horizon line where you want the floor to end. Keep the balcony deck at the same angle as the floor and you'll be fine.

Anatomy wise, Thumb. True it's going away, but thumb is on the wrong side of whats left of his hand.
