Is there a standard backstory behind how you become Cosmo? Was it a one-time transformation, or a recurring effect caused by some sort of trigger?
yeah there is a trigger, coming into contact with chlorinated water which is sometimes used in tap water apparently.
I think this is one of my absolute favourite images of yours. b=
