awesome ! :)
That's so cute hehe
Woah. That is definetly one of the best TF's I have seen in the past year. Excellent work!
This makes me glad I donated :3
What were the museum tourists doind during all this? :)
running away screaming most likely, haha :P
lol I was wondering that.
I really love the second scene, the hints of her close burning away are just perfect! Great imagination Ang.
Another awesome sequence as usual. Angrboda is the best!
this is one of the good one great expressions !!!
Pontiac.... Of all the things I could have noticed I noticed my favorite car make first...
musical notes indicative of bird song. I love this pic, best Angrboda pic ever. The colors, and the textures, and the proportions. Mmmmmmmmmm
Ah, cute. And I was just wondering when I would ever need to know the plural of "phoenix"! And yes, the use of birdsong is a nice idea.
nomorphine- sorry, I can never resist a bad pun.
First I love these pictures, I looked at it for a good 5 minutes but I have to ask, and PLEASE forgive me for saying but.....Aren't emeralds green and rubies red? *covers his head not to get bonked*
Now that is some seriously awesome case of color & shading. Seriously. Nice idea too :)
bombur- Oh lord. I never even noticed.... ugh.
A red emerald? Could it be the Eye of Argon? =)
typo fixed :D
Awwwwww too bad. I did notice that too and apparently red emeralds DO exist. They are just incredibly rare. So despite what you might have actually meant it was a nice lesson for me. Thx for that. :D
Ha, so technically it was alright for it to be emerald. :P Anyways, i love this sequence!! It's elegant and fierce!! Two things you do quite well Angrboda! :)
I want more artists to post again.
This went cute quickly. There should be bigger range of mythicals at the moment.
Argh! Cuteness overload! *Critical head related failure* x.X
Sorry Angrboda, i did not mean to be a jerk, believe me I adore your stuff, easily half my favorites are your items
bombur- don't sweat it. I'm glad you pointed it out so I could fix it :P
*ponders* I just thought the "Emerald" had turned red, leading to the girl's initial confusion. Besides, if ya wanna get REAL technical, rubies are typically pinkish, while garnets have more of that blood red people tend to think of.: Aside from that, I am happy to get to see this, dispite not getting to donate earlier;p ... eh, stuff happens. All in all, Tooo cute . :D
Once again, the awesome Angrboda gives us a springtime treat with this superlative sequence! Three cheers and huzzahs!
I just noticed the "mythical" theme beginning to occur... I vote for leda and the swan myself, or something in relation: could be real cute, or terribly naughty, depending on how its portrayed....<<
so this also a case of mind change?
I thought that phoenix's were reborn from their own ashes and that they didn't need mommas
wait wait wait, tell me if im taking this abit too far, but SeaCigar; garnets ARE the typically pinkisk gems, and rubies ARE (not necsisarilly blood) red, my grandmother has a ruby necklace and the gem is pretty red....soz
I would wager it has something to do with region and quality of the gems then: I am working from personal experience here. It won't hurt to do further research on it for myself:) Heck, it could be a chaos emerald for all I know: it certainly caused chaos, has the power of plot, and caused a powerful transformation, so... *shrugs and smirks, heading out to bone up on gemstones...*
Cutted rubys are red even more if used in juwelery (since that is what is wanted on the market). Raw stones on the other hand can vary from pink to red to light-purple. Many shades are possible I own quite a few. Depending on the amount of iron in it the red colour varies quite much.
Awww...the little phoenix is so cute =D
Finally it was moved from the depths of the Donators area for the public to see! Great work as usual.
Haha, great sequence, Did everyone try to play the rhythm in there head, or is it just me?
Oh, I'm with you there aegis27! This person doesn't really know their music. *Coughs, then looks up sheepishly* Sorry, I'm a band geek...
I love the use4 of shading in this piece!!!
